Why You Need Schema & Structured Data

First things first, let’s understand why having this on your site is critical. Imagine you want to appear on the first page of Google search results with rich snippets that showcase reviews, question-and-answer boxes, and other engaging information like images. This can enhance how your site appears in Google searches, driving more traffic, users, views, and ultimately leading to more sales or conversions. So, improving your SEO with structured data is absolutely essential!

However, when you’re operating on a budget with WordPress, you'll notice that many plugins only offer this feature in their premium versions. But fear not! I found one that works amazing for free and does the job perfectly. Let’s dive in!

Installation Process

To start, navigate to your WordPress dashboard. On the left sidebar, hover over Plugins and click on Add New. This will take you to the plugins page.

In the upper right corner, you’ll find a search bar. Type in Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP and hit enter. Click on Install Now and then activate the plugin. You’ll be directed to the plugins list, and from there, you can see the newly installed plugin.
